Technical principle of steel wire rope detection
一、Product definition
Scientists at TCK.W discovered that when exploring the microscopic material "magnetic domains" and "electron spin magnetic moments" formed by quantum many-body effects in ferromagnetic materials, the "vector" of electron spin magnetic moments in the microscopically arranged magnetic domains inside ferromagnetic materials (including steel wire ropes) in the natural state was in a disordered state. Under human intervention, there was a change and movement law from disorder to order. Applying a moving magnetic field to the steel wire rope and changing its inherent magnetic domain morphology and the direction of the electron spin magnetic moment movement can establish a "memory magnetic field" with low-level magnetic energy accumulation in the steel wire rope. The memory magnetic field will not disappear when the external magnetic field withdraws, as long as there is no severe demagnetization condition, it will exist stably for a long time.
二、Machine intelligence detection replaces manual detection
Based on this discovery, TCK.W invented the "magnetic memory weak magnetic nondestructive testing technology". This technology makes full use of the magnetic memory characteristics of ferromagnetic materials (steel wire rope), adopts a self-invented wide-range, non-contact weak magnetic sensing sensor, and continuously and uninterruptedly collects information on the magnetic energy potential differences of the steel wire rope memory, to quantitatively detect various damages such as broken wires, wear, rust, fatigue, and other damages caused by strength loss.
The magnetic memory weak magnetic detection technology that can distinguish the physical characteristics of materials under magnetic memory conditions has subverted traditional detection technology and is at the international leading level in the field of nondestructive testing of ferromagnetic materials.
